1. Services Provided

Neighborhood Hauling and Junk Removal provides professional hauling, debris removal, and junk disposal services. We reserve the right to refuse service for any items deemed hazardous, toxic, or illegal in accordance with local and federal regulations.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Quotes: All online or over-the-phone estimates are preliminary. Final pricing is determined on-site based on the actual volume, weight, and nature of the items to be removed.
  • Surcharges: Certain items (e.g., tires, mattresses, appliances with Freon) may incur additional disposal fees mandated by local facilities.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Arrival Windows: We provide estimated arrival windows. While we strive to be punctual, delays due to traffic or previous jobs may occur. We will communicate any significant delays.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the items being removed.
  • Ownership: You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of all items being hauled or have express permission from the owner to dispose of them.
  • Hazardous Materials: You must disclose if any items contain hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, lead paint, asbestos). We cannot haul materials that pose a safety risk to our crew or the environment.

5. Age Restriction (18+)

Users must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. By opting in, users confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.

6. Liability and Property Damage

We exercise extreme care during the removal process. However, we are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or structures if such damage is a result of the weight of our vehicles or the inherent difficulty of moving heavy or bulky items as requested by the customer. Any claims for damage must be reported to our team lead on-site before the crew departs.

7. Disposal and Donation

Items collected are disposed of at local landfills, recycling centers, or donated to local charities at our discretion. Once items are loaded onto our vehicles, ownership transfers to Neighborhood Hauling and Junk Removal, and items cannot be recovered.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Neighborhood Hauling and Junk Removal owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Neighborhood Hauling and Junk Removal, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services, whether such liability is under contract or tort.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
